We connect you with tree companies
We are not a tree company and we do not do the work, give quotes or take payment for any work. Calls go to voicemail. Leave your name, phone number, email and a description of the work you need. Messages are recorded and transcribed, and our call service provider, CallRail, processes them. We share your first name, general area and job description with a limited number of local tree companies, and the first to take the job gets your contact details and reaches out to you. Requests stay active for up to 30 days. We can't promise a company will take every job, so if it is urgent, contact a company directly.
The form works the same way. Your first name, general area and job description, without your last name, phone number, email or street address, go to a limited number of local tree companies. We may quote what you said about the job, with any contact details and street address removed. Your contact details go only to the first company that takes the job, and the other companies get nothing further. Requests stay active for up to 30 days.
No guarantee of any company's work
Any company you deal with is a separate business. It sets its own prices, and it alone answers for its own quotes, work, licenses and insurance. We do not check licenses, insurance or reviews. We do not guarantee any company, price or result, or that any company will take your job or contact you. You decide who to hire, and you agree everything directly with them.
A business may pay us
A business may pay us for calls, requests or jobs from this service. A payment is a commercial arrangement, not a recommendation. The how this works page says where things stand today.
Not for emergencies
This service is not for emergencies. If a tree is on a power line or a house, or someone is hurt, call 911 or the line company first.
What you send us
Please give true details and only your own, or someone's who has asked you to. To have your request removed, email varsdigitals@gmail.com.

Liability
As far as the law allows, VARS Digital is not liable for any loss from using this site, the form or the line, from relying on its information, or from anything a company does or fails to do. Nothing here limits a right the law says cannot be limited.
